Christmas is around and I feel the vibes in so many ways. Christmas music, movies, candle lights, and love. Strangers, who look at you and smile, all the warmth, and the spirit. It is a magical time, isn’t it?
There’s so much in my head at the moment. Mostly positive things, but on the other hand, I am afraid of all the changes, being independent, responsible for myself, taking care of myself, and finance my own apartment. But fear is what makes us stronger, right?
Ok, but enough thoughts, here is a recipe what will forget all your sorrows. So much heaven. And perfect as a little snack while watching a Christmas movie, hehe.
Gingerbread spice is one of my faves, and the balls are the most delicious pralines I’ve ever made. So PLEASE try this recipe. You won’t regret it, hihi.
So, here is what you need:
- 200g dates (soaked in water for about 20min)
- 100g dried mulberries
- 20g cashew butter (or any other nut butter)
- –> all products by Koro (discount code for you: LOVELY)
- 1 pack gingerbread spice
- 2 tspb cinnamon (by Hartkorn Gewürze)
- coconut flakes
- cacao nibs
- nut butter
Again, I love simple recipes, hihi. So, first: Soak up the dates for some minutes. Then: Blend everything in a good mixer (add a bit of water, so that it easier). Shape the dough into balls, put them in the fridge for some ours, and if you want to, you can add some coconut chips, or any other toppings for different types of bliss balls.
I hope you’re filled with love today – and every day. XX Eva
