Hmm, let’s talk about treats. What are your fav „treats“? To be honest, I never have these cravings of chocolate and chips. Never. I guess it is because of years of „quitting“ unhealthy foods. But chocolate doesn’t have to be unhealthy, and most important:
It is so INCREDIBLE DELICIOUS. Like: WOW.
CACAO-MACA CINNAMON DESERT WITH A TASTE OF CHRISTMAS
What is your favorite (Christmas/winter) desert? Please let me know in the comments! XX
So, this was one of the most delicious bowls I’ve ever made.
Creamy, thick, full of healthy ingredients, chocolaty, heavenly.
This recipe is made for one big and two small portions, so if you want to make it for more people just double everything.
What you need:
- 500g soy yogurt (or any (vegan) yogurt))
- two teaspoons Maca
- two teaspoons cinnamon
- five tablespoons raw cacao
- one to two tablespoons psyllium husks
- two tablespoons cashew (or any nut) butter
- three to four juicy dates
seasonal fruit, apple sauce, mulberries, coconut chips, nuts, vegan chocolate, nut butter, – everything you want to & love..
one of my fav things: WARM CINNAMON APPLES.
cut one to two apples, add some lemon juice, lots of cinnamon and if you want to raisins.
You know: I love simple recipes, hehe. So it is that easy: Just blend all ingredients together, but before putting everything in the fridge make sure that the taste is great! If it’s not sweet enough for you, add some maple syrup, more dates, or any other natural sweetener.
A recommendation for you: I always use my thermomix for recipes like this. The consistency is always GOALS, hihi. What blender are you using?
So, if the consistency and taste is great let the cream cool in the fridge for about two hours.
Then, add all your delicious toppings and enjoy this heavenly dessert with a cup of tea/coffee/chai latte or whatever.
Let’s have a wonderful and delicious Christmas time. XX
